ECSM-PE100 Portable Crack Sealing Equipment

ECSM-PE100 portable crack sealing equipment is oil jacketed, diesel fired and gasoline powered. Its heating system consists of a transfer oil interlayer and a combustion chamber, the heat transfer oil is heated through the combustion chamber, providing indirect heating to the material. The heated sealant is pumped into the pavement cracks through the electric heated hose. It is designed for the crack sealing and waterproofing on the municipal road, country road.

1. Safety and humanization design

Light truck tire load-bearing system greatly improves the walking safety performance. The rear of the heat melting kettle is provided with a heating insulation chamber for loading the seal wand, and the material pump switch is located at the operating handle of the seal wand for convenient operation and construction.

2. Centralized control panel for temperature

Duel digital LED temperature controller: timely display and adjust heat transfer oil, sealant and flexible hose, which is intuitively and exactly.

3. Electric agitator

The mixer adopts variable speed motor, which is simple in structure, easy to use and maintain.

4. Sealing wand

Original design of electric switch on the handle of sealing wand can control the material pump long-range, reduce the waste of sealing glue.
