Bucket band heater has a wide range of applications, it is made of a resistance wire or a strip of insulation between two mica plates. This assembly is protected by an aluminium sheet with high corrosion and heat resistance. They are fitted with a screw fixing device and with threaded terminals, plug or cables for electrical connection. Bucket Heaters come with built-in thermostat for adjustable temperature control. It provides a uniformly oriented heat barrier where it is most needed, preventing liquid from freezing and maintaining optimum temperature.
